Eat green foods

Fruit and vegetables are great sources of fiber. Say goodbye to foods that are rich in carbohydrates and calories

These are always in the form of junk foods, candies and processed foods.  High carb foods are also rich with sodium which is one of the reasons why you gain weight. Break off from carbonated drinks

Soda and other carbonated drinks can increase the possibility of bloating inside the body.  Avoid alcoholic drinks. Instead of replenishing your body with water, alcoholic drinks dehydrate your body.

Incorporate daily exercise to your routine

Aside from balanced diet, one of the best ways to achieve improved body and brain health is through exercise.  You don’t really have to attend the gym just to achieve healthy body. You can do some exercises in your lawn such as jogging and running. You can also try weight lifting.  Exercise can burn the extra fats in your belly. Practice meditation
