Directions:
As a dietary supplement, this product may be used occasionally or as part of a short cleansing program. For occasional use, take two (2) capsules in the morning with your first meal. If well tolerated, increase to two (2) capsules with first meal and two (2) capsules with last meal daily until finished. Do not exceed 15 days of continuous use. Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or with any medical condition.
