Directions
For occasional use or as part of a short cleanse: Take two (2) capsules with your first meal. If well tolerated, take two (2) with the first meal and two (2) with the last meal daily until capsules are gone. Do not use for more than 15 days. Discontinue if not well tolerated. Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have a medical condition.
